Who We Serve

White-label course development for associations and CEU providers

VertoLaunch builds and migrates the course content, LMS infrastructure, and completion-tracking systems associations need to run a continuing education program: CEU, CME, CLE, and PDH credit types, transcripts on demand, and integration back into your association management system. We build the infrastructure your accreditation runs on; the accreditation itself stays yours.

One catalog, every credit type, a transcript your members can trust.

The problem

Your CEU program is held together by spreadsheets and goodwill

Completion records that won't survive an audit

IACET accredited providers must retain participation and CEU-issuance records for years, with a transcript available on request. A spreadsheet and a shared drive don't hold up under review.

Your AMS and your LMS don't talk

A member finishes a course and their standing doesn't update until someone manually reconciles two systems. That gap is where errors and member complaints come from.

Volunteer subject matter experts, inconsistent output

Your best content often comes from practicing professionals donating time, not instructional designers. The result: uneven course quality that varies chapter to chapter.

One credit type, when you need five

CEU for one member segment, CME for another, PDH for a third. Most off-the-shelf setups assume one credit type and force you to bolt on workarounds for the rest.

What we build

Infrastructure that holds up to accreditation review

ANSI/IACET-aligned course builds

Measurable learning objectives, assessments mapped to those objectives, and documentation structured the way accreditors actually review it.

AMS-LMS integration

Course completions write back to your association management system automatically, so member standing, renewals, and reporting stay in sync without manual reconciliation.

Multi-credit-type architecture

CEU, CME, CPE, CLE, PDH, or a custom label, with fractional unit assignment and a single learner-facing transcript that shows every credit earned.

Migration between platforms

Moving from a legacy LMS or a spreadsheet-based system into LearnWorlds, an AMS-integrated LMS, or another platform, with historical completion records carried over intact.

Audit-ready record-keeping

A transcript system built to produce a per-learner record on request, the specific requirement accreditors check first when something goes wrong.

Instructional design for SME content

Senior instructional designers turn practitioner-donated content into structured courses with consistent quality, regardless of which volunteer wrote the source material.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No. We build the course content, LMS infrastructure, and record-keeping systems your CEU program runs on. Accreditation itself is granted by IACET, ANSI, or your relevant licensing board or registry, and your organization applies for and holds that accreditation directly.
In most cases yes. Connecting course completions back to your association management system, so a finished course updates a member's standing automatically, is common work for us. The integration approach depends on which AMS or membership platform you run, and we scope that connection during the initial build rather than as an afterthought. See our AMS-LMS integration guide for how this works with iMIS and Nimble AMS specifically.
Yes. Associations serving multiple professions or member types often need configurable credit types with fractional units and a learner-facing transcript showing accumulated credits over time. We build that structure into the course catalog and LMS configuration rather than treating each credit type as a separate one-off system.
No, we're platform-agnostic. We've implemented on LearnWorlds, Docebo, and other general-purpose platforms configured for continuing education tracking, and we can also build within an association management system that already has LMS functionality. What matters is SCORM or xAPI completion tracking, automated credit calculation, and transcript generation your members can access on request.
Yes. Healthcare and CME programs, legal CLE programs with separate ethics or technology credit categories, and other regulated continuing education verticals all follow the same infrastructure discipline: measurable objectives, valid assessment, and defensible, audit-ready record-keeping. Vertical content accuracy and accreditation decisions stay with your organization or governing committee.
Both are available. Most associations end up in an ongoing retainer relationship, since CEU requirements renew annually or biennially and content, assessments, and documentation need periodic refreshing as regulations change. We structure this the same way as our other LMS implementation retainer work.
