Payment information: When you engage Vertolaunch LLC for paid services, payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. Vertolaunch LLC does not directly collect or store your full payment card details. See Section 6 for details on Stripe's data handling.

Contact and inquiry information is retained for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with us. Client project records and invoicing information are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with standard business and tax record-keeping practices. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (see Section 9 below), subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Payment Processing & Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. for payment processing. When you make a payment, your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy. Vertolaunch LLC does not store your full payment card details on its servers. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience and collect usage data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser.

In the preceding 12 months, Vertolaunch LLC has collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, company), commercial information (transaction records), and internet/network activity (website usage data), used solely for business operations and service delivery.

11. Nevada Privacy Rights
